Our boarding rates include 2 group playtimes daily (at least 45 minutes each). Playmates are selected for your dog taking into account size, temperament and activity levels. Participation in our group based playtime is strongly encouraged as it allows dogs to develop social skills with one another, maintains their physical well being and provides varied mental stimulation. Where requested or if deemed necessary by Pet Spa Suites, individual and family-only playtime is also available at an additional charge. Dogs that have NOT been neutered or spayed will be required to do individual or family-only playtime at an additional charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Pet Spa Suites reserves the right to add surcharges for pets with unusually time consuming requirements, such as senior pets, unusual medications or for pets with destructive or undesirable behaviors.

Cat Condos
Our feline guests stay in a climate-controlled condo complete with their own cubby house and scratching post/mat. Each condo has a window for natural light and for viewing birds and squirrels!
We ask that all owners bring their own food for their pets. Keeping your pet on the same diet they are used to while you are away prevents an upset stomach. We do charge an additional daily amount if you do not bring your own food for your pet.
We will administer oral medications for your pet at no extra charge. Any medications your pet requires should be provided in their original packaging, with instructions intact.
For owners with more than 1 cat, we have multiple cat discounts which apply only if all cats stay in the same condo.

Doggie Daycare
If you are away from home during the day and don't want your pet left "home alone", bring them to daycare! Doggie Daycare is ideal for anxious pets or for pets that have high energy levels who may become destructive if left alone for long periods. While at doggie daycare your pet will receive one group playtime (if staying less than 6 hours) or two group playtimes (if staying 6 hours or more) to use up all that energy. Your pet will then be assigned a VIP suite to rest in between. Special services such as a walk on leash or one-on-one cuddle time are available at an extra charge.
Why not combine a bathing or grooming service with doggie daycare and come back to a clean, sweet smelling pet.

How am I charged?
We charge similar to a hotel...
You are charged for the day you drop your pet off, regardless of the time of day your pet is dropped off. |
You are not charged for the day of departure if you pick your pet up before 12 noon. If you pick your pet up after 12 noon, you will be charged daycare regardless of whether your pet is being bathed or groomed. This is because your pet will be returned to their VIP Suite after bathing/grooming to wait for you and will never wait for you in a cage.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid any additional daycare charges, please pick up your pet before 12noon.

Please note that we are open by appointment only between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Appointments made before 7am or after 7pm are at the manager's discretion and may incur an additional $30 charge.

Holiday Deposits
Any booking that falls into the peak or holiday periods below will be subject to a holiday deposit, which will then be deducted from your final bill. Please note that our holiday deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE - no exceptions. Your booking is confirmed only once we have received your deposit.
Important Notes:
 A minimum 3 night stay applies to all peak period and holiday bookings.
If a pet is picked up earlier than their intended stay, the owner will still be charged for the length of stay booked.

Vaccinations
For the health of all animals staying at our facility, we require that all animals be current on the required vaccinations and that we receive proof of this in the form of a vaccination record completed by their veterinarian or receipts from the veterinarian. We will accept faxed records from the veterinary office. It is the responsibility of the owner to obtain and provide proof of vaccinations.

If requested , we are able to administer the Bordetella vaccination (intra-nasal) on your pet's arrival at Pet Spa Suites. There is a charge associated with this service.
Owners are strongly encouraged to keep their pet current with preventative flea and tick treatment. Pets boarded at Pet Spa Suites participate in group playtime and may pass on fleas or ticks to one another if they are not on a preventative treatment.
Pet Spa Suites accepts no responsibility if fleas or ticks are discovered on your pet when it is picked up.
